Dahlia began in January of 2020 as a catering company in the Napa/Sonoma area. We pride ourselves in our ability to take locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients and turn them into something magical and delicious.

Dahlia was named after the national flower of Mexico, the Dahlia Pinnata. Aztecs used Dahlias as food and medicine, and they even decorated their helmets with paintings of them. Now, Dahlias symbolize elegance, inner strength. creativity, and one who stands strong in their values.
